Teen Therapy
For the anxious, the withdrawn, and the ones who just need someone in their corner.
Being a teenager is hard. It's harder when you're dealing with anxiety, depression, or the constant pressure to be perfect. And it's even harder when you feel like no one really gets it.

We do.
What We Help With
We work with teens (ages 13-17) who are dealing with:

What Teen Therapy Looks Like Here
Teens don't need another adult telling them what to do. They need someone who listens without judgment, takes them seriously, and actually helps.

We meet teens where they are. Sessions are conversational, not clinical. We use creative approaches when helpful, including art, activities, and whatever helps the teen feel comfortable.

And we keep things confidential. What teens share with us stays between us, unless there's a safety concern. Parents get general updates on progress, but the details of sessions belong to the teen.

For Parents
We know you're worried. You've watched your teen struggle and you're not sure how to help without making it worse.

Here's what to know: therapy works best when teens feel like it's for them, not something being done to them. We'll work with your teen to build trust and skills. We'll keep you informed about general progress. And we're here to support you too.

If you're not sure whether your teen needs therapy or will even engage, reach out anyway. We can help you figure out the next step.
