Sharlett Smith
Therapist
My name is Sharlett Smith. I am a dedicated Master of Social Work (MSW) intern with a passion for providing therapy to individuals living with physical and cognitive disabilities. I have a strong foundation in social work from my undergraduate studies, I am committed to helping individuals navigate their challenges while fostering meaningful connections and support systems.
Beyond my professional aspirations, I find solace in nature, enjoying activities such as hiking, camping, and biking. My love for travel fuels my curiosity about different cultures and ways of life. I also have a deep sense of compassion for those who cannot care for themselves, making it my mission to provide support and advocate for their well-being.
I am driven by a desire to develop and address the needs of my clients, ensuring they receive the care, empowerment, and resources they deserve.

Kristin Almquist
Therapist
I'm Kristin Almquist, a licensed clinical social worker specializing in therapy for children ages 3–12. If your child is struggling with big emotions, meltdowns, or behaviors that leave you feeling stuck, I want you to know: you're not failing, and your kid isn't broken. Kids communicate through behavior, and my job is to figure out what they're telling us, teach them the skills to work through it, and help you support them at home. I practice non-directive therapy, meeting kids where they are and taking their thoughts seriously—because they have real insight into their own experience. I also always include parents and caregivers in the process, because lasting change happens when the whole family is part of it.

I'm certified in Trauma-Focused CBT and use an individualized mix of approaches—including play therapy, narrative therapy, DBT skills, and body-based regulation techniques—depending on what each child needs. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, autism spectrum disorder, attachment disruptions, and separation or divorce issues. Connection is at the heart of my work: when kids feel seen and understood, everything else becomes possible.

Jyoti Wadhwa
Therapist
I arrived at the doorstep of therapy through a pathway of passion for service, professional training and stacked up life experiences. My journey began as a social worker supporting domestic and international adoptions and grew as a Licensed graduate social worker (LGSW) working with students in k-12 settings. I added hospital social work/case management to my repertoire when I developed an interest in the healthcare industry while serving students and families in care & treatment settings. In addition, I have almost 8 years of experience working in a leadership position mentoring and coaching highly qualified professionals in the
education and health care industry.
My therapy approach is to create a non-hierarchical safe space where I work with my clients in a mutually respectful manner. I believe we all have innate capability to grow and heal ourselves. The goal of my practice is to help my clients connect with their inner self, tune in to the messages from their body and develop a bank of coping strategies they can lean on on their own. I facilitate their growth utilizing trauma informed practices, elements of mindfulness, meditation, cognitive behavior therapy and solution focussed therapy.

I am the Practice Manager at Anchoring Services. With a strong background in healthcare and a genuine heart for people, I am passionate about making sure nothing logistical gets in the way of you getting the care you need.

From your very first inquiry to your ongoing sessions, I will work to ensure your experience is smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I help take the guesswork out of the financial side of therapy, walking you through your coverage clearly and making sure you know what to expect before your first session. No surprises, no confusion. Just clear answers so you can stay focused on what matters most.

We encourage all new clients to check their benefits first to confirm their selected provider is in-network.
