Who We Work With
How We Work
We use evidence-based approaches tailored to what you actually need. Our therapists are trained in:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Identifying and changing thought patterns that get in your way.

Trauma-Informed CBT
A specialized approach for processing difficult experiences while building coping skills.

Solution-Focused Therapy
Focusing on what you want to change and building toward it, rather than getting stuck in the problem.

Empowerment-Based Therapy
Helping you recognize your own strengths and capacity for change.

Mindfulness Techniques
Practical tools for staying grounded and present when things feel overwhelming.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
A trauma-focused approach that helps your brain process difficult experiences. EMDR therapy-clinicians are currently in training.

Play Therapy
Meeting kids where they are through play, art, and age-appropriate activities.

Person-in-Environment Perspective
As clinical social workers, we understand that you don't exist in a vacuum. Your relationships, environment, and systems all matter. We help you identify which supports are healthy and connect you with resources when needed.

We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Your therapist will work with you to figure out what actually helps. And you should never leave a session empty-handed. If you have questions, ask.
What We Help With
We see people dealing with a wide range of challenges. Some of the most common include:
-
Racing thoughts and constant worry

-
Low self-worth and negative self-talk

-
Processing past experiences that still affect you today

-
Relationship stress — Conflict with a partner, family member, or coworker that keeps cycling through the same patterns with no resolution.
-
Overwhelm and burnout

-
Communication struggles in relationships

-
Life transitions (career changes, divorce, becoming a parent)

-
Parenting challenges (especially with emotionally intense kids)
-
Feeling stuck in the same patterns

-
Big emotions that feel hard to control

-
Difficulty focusing, staying organized, or following through

-
Burnout and running on empty — You’re holding it together for everyone else and you’re exhausted. You need tools for yourself, not just for the people counting on you.
If what you're dealing with isn't on this list, reach out anyway. We'll let you know if we can help.
